Wei Wei Mushroom Ball Cheese and Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

15 Lasagna flat sheets

2 Tbsp sunflower oil

¾ stick butter

2 Tbsp flour

2 1/2 cups milk

Salt grounded black pepper

A pinch of ground nutmeg

Wei Wei Mushroom Balls slices

0.44 lb Gorgonzola cheese cubed

0.55 lb Gouda cheese slices

HOW TO COOK:

1. Fry butter and flour in a pot. Slowly add milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

2. Continue whisking the mixture until it has a smooth consistency. Let it boil for two minutes.

3. Add Wei Wei Mushroom Balls and cheese to the pot and continue mixing until the cheese is completely melted.

4. Oil the baking pan and put the flat sheets of pasta to the bottom. Spread the cheese mixture and top it with cheese cubes and extra Wei Wei Mushroom Balls. (Repeat it up to 5 layers)

5. Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes.

6. Serve warm.
