Spaghetti, salad, cake, and other common party meals were served in your table during the holidays. Sure, they’re tasty but having to eat them three days in a row (we know you did), probably bored your palate out. So for a different and healthier taste, why not grill things up?
Here’s a quick recipe that is strictly no meat and healthy at the same time. Fire up your grill with this simple Wei Wei Fish Fillet Grilled Steak.
INGREDIENTS
Wei Wei Fish Fillet
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
PROCEDURE
Heat a charcoal or gas grill until quite hot, and put the rack 3 or 4 inches from the heat source.
Drizzle the flesh of the Wei Wei Fish Fillet with olive oil, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
When the fire is ready, grill the fish for about 5 minutes, or until it is firm enough to turn.
Turn, and grill until done, usually another 3 to 5 minutes.
When done, the fish will still be firm and juicy but opaque, and a thin-bladed knife will pass through it fairly easily.
Serve with tomato salsa.
Happy eating!
