1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 tbsp of fish sauce or salt
2 oz misua noodles or Japanese somen noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onion for garnish
PROCEDURE
1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes or until onion has softened.
3. Next, add Wei Wei Dragon Fish Ball until cooked, then add fish sauce (or salt) and stir to combine.
4. Add the broth, stir in misua, and cook for about 3 minutes.
5. For final touch, garnish with green onions.
