INGREDIENTS:
10 pcs. Wei Wei Beef Ball
½ kg spaghetti noodles
½ kg Filipino style sweet tomato sauce
300 grams tomato paste
250 grams evaporated milk
4 tablespoons minced garlic and onion
½ cup minced carrots and red peppers
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Grated cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil water in a pot then drop the noodles carefully. Cook until firm.
2. Drain the water in the pot. Set aside the noodles.
3. Heat the oil in a separate saucepan or skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until soft and fragrant.
4. Add the Wei Wei Beef Balls. Cook until brown.
5. Add the minced vegetables. Stir to combine the ingredients. Add the water to the mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Add the tomato paste and the sweet tomato sauce and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Stir the mixture and add the evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture becomes saucy.
8. Combine the noodles and the sauce in a large casserole and mix until incorporated. Top the spaghetti with delectable grated cheese.
