• 500 grams Wei Wei Beef Balls, chopped
• 500 grams Wei Wei Mushroom Balls, chopped
• 250 grams Wei Wei Cheese Fish Buns
• 3-piece carrot, cubed
• 3-piece potato, cubed
• 3-medium sized onion, diced
• 12 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1-large pack tomato sauce
• 1-small pack tomato paste
• 10 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3-5 pieces bay leaves
• 1 cup water
• Salt and pepper to taste
Since this is for your annual family noche buena, this dish can serve up to 10 people. Worry not if you think your family will not finish your dish because they will, for sure! Allot at least an hour to prepare all the necessary ingredients plus the cooking itself for the most delicious result.
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add the assorted Wei Wei balls. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and water. Feel free to add water as necessary.
5. Add the Wei Wei buns gradually. Bring the mixture to boil.
6. Add tomato paste to achieve thick consistency. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
7. Chip in potatoes and carrots.
8. Put in sugar, salt and pepper, according to your taste. Stir and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
9. Serve and enjoy it with your family.
