Chop Suey with Wei Wei Lobster Balls

Chop suey is a stir-fried vegetable dish commonly prepared with meat. Some even add quail eggs and liver for added flavor. It is a healthy dish that is easy to prepare and cook. Instead of meat, prepare a healthier dish with Wei Wei Lobster balls and have a delicious and fun-filled meal with your family and friends.

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsps cooking oil

3 tbsps garlic, crushed, chopped

3 tbsps onion, chopped

Wei Wei Lobster Balls

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 tsp salt, iodized

1/4 tsp black pepper, ground

2 tbsps sugar, white

3 cups, cauliflower, sliced

2 cups, carrot, sliced

2 cups, Baguio beans, sliced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, strips

1/2 cup water

PROCEDURE

1. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic, onion, and Wei Wei Lobster balls. Cover and cook.

2. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.

3. Add cauliflower, carrot, Baguio beans, bell pepper and water.

4. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
